"So we've heard of dance clubs powered by fresh moves, but now California Fitness, a Hong Kong-based health club wants to jump on the sustainable people-power wagon too. As a group effort between inventor Lucien Gambarota, Wharton grad and entrepreneur Doug Woodring, and California Fitness, "Powered by YOU" will offer exercisers the chance to use their own energy to power lighting fixtures, with excess energy to be stored in batteries.
The 13 step, cycling, and cross-training machines will be soon be rigged to encourage members to reduce CO2 emissions as well as their waistlines.According to California Fitness president Steve Clinefelter, someone running an hour each day on a machine can generate 18.2 kilowatts of electricity and prevent 4,380 liters of CO2 from being released each year. It's hard enough battling the bulge on your own, so we're glad to see that these explorations in alternative energy can provide some extra motivation for living a healthy lifestyle. We, on the other hand, will continue to remain seated for the rest of our lives."

I got my room painted the other week. looks awesomedo.
Base coat is debutant and the top is strawberry samba and its done in some effect which i forgot the name of. gah. looks great anyway~

room looks kinda messy though =S

so today was photo taking day where we went to JACKY STUDIOS or whatever to.. take photos. well for our class anyway~ and we all had to do portrait photos and lets just say that anyone who's in lodge and sees my one in the magazine this year will want to quit. =.=
The photographer dude said mine was good so i didnt need to redo, though i really really really really really really wanted to redo because its not nice. =[
he said its nice cause " can see your eye le "
and then i said, " But i look.. Indian.. " *pout
to which HE replied, " oh.. you're not indian? "

Anyway nothing much to say really in the morning i went to cass's house and waited for chrsity with ha "young" and cass and got ready and stuff and then we went. the place is SO pretty and really white and modern and stuff . i wish it was my house T_T. We bummed around for nearly an hour and then got to do our photos. Sooo.. spammage of pictas.

wowowoww so i needa update so bad ~ So many many weeks ago, i think around 3 weeks, i went on a .. family trip to the. VERY PRETTY BORNEO HIGHLANDS (spits at family).

We went and picked my friend's friend up, Daphne (who later on, will start to like to bully me) and around 15 minutes into the drive there, we were already talking like. buddIES ! The only. noticeable. and big. difference was that she was probably over. 50. HAHA.

But she was fun and a travel agent and apparently she's doing the school Mulu trip for the Red Crescent dudes so ~ sosos anyway our car was going uphill all the time (and it was fucking steep) SO GUESS WHAT IT DECIDED TO DO HALFWAY ON THE JOURNEY UP A MOUNTAIN??

well actually it just overheated but my dad forced me to pour the water and etc etc child labour etc so. quite annoying. oh and the Daphne woman kept commenting on how " TALL " i was and etc and i said she was just short AHAHAHAH which is true.

I was expectingggggggggg lame ass mountain with like. wooden cabin BUT I WAS WRONG!!

BECAUSE THERE WERE SO SO MANY FLOWERS and fuck soso prety and like the temperature was cool and breezy and then so fREE (FEEL THE BREEZE EUN, FEEL THE BREEZE)

like i bet if i brought tash she would start singing hill billy songs (right?) and like i dunno that Sound of Music song and she will run around naked like the wild not fat (cough) animal she truly is ~

anyway um where was i

OOH YES so like, thousands of flowers or whatever and then we went to the clubhouse and it looked really. shit. BUT they had free tea so i guess that makes up for it. kinda. =s

and then apparently my family and i had the " biggest room " and. it was the size of my bedroom =.= including the "bathroom " which turned out to just be :

wtf? and then i complained to my mom anddddddd
and then she scolded me for being ungrateful bla bla bla bla ...... like dude i dont want anyone to hear me tinkle =.= and that was just in the bedroom itself and just a goddamn curtain to. give. privacy. if you can really call it privacy =_=.

oh my god but the room was so snug and sexy and like SO GOOD TO MAKE OUT !!!!!!!!!!!!

anyway.

me and my dad went around CHECKING THE CRIB OUT andd took random pics and the pool was..

SO awesomeness.

oh and then my dad and i decided to walk around the place and like see the. scenery. thingy soso i told Daphne i would see her later ~ andd a wandering we went ~

And the big ass rose I TOOK THE PHOTO ITS SOSO NICE and . i acutally broke it trying to strategically place it in such a way so the photo looks good but. snap =.= well all things come at a price so ~ too bad. i guess

Anyway so in the late afternoon i went to spaaaa and got a facial afterwards and there was all this gay CULTURAL MUSIC in the background and the waterfall and the bed and so comfy and ..i fell asleep during my facial =s And then we went to dinner. All the meat there is fake =.= its like fake chicken fake beef - everything. like everything else was just veges or soupy or whatever BUT IT WAS STILL GOOD AND NICE AND TASTY AND NICE.

I sang karaoke ~ but with daphne and my dad ahah =s and then they had fireworks to celebrate that chinese thing or whatever chap go mei or whatever and it was so awesome you could see kuching far far far away down below and fireworks on the mountain and wow. and it was quite cold so had to wear hoodie ~ (EUNS HOODIE~ HEHEHE)

so then next afternoon, after more SPA we went back and it was so misty

oh and the place was so misty when we went back the next day.

quite scary indeed.

and i have nothing else to say so the end
